Terms of Service
The agreement for using Dream Gently. Plain version: it’s for entertainment and self-reflection, you must be 18+, and your dreams are yours.

This is a good-faith draft. Before public launch it must be reviewed by qualified counsel in Malaysia and each target market.
1. Acceptance
By using Dream Gently you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Dream Gently is operated by Dream Gently (轻梦), Sdn. Bhd.（马来西亚）.
2. What Dream Gently is (and is not)
Dream Gently provides dream-dictionary content and AI-assisted interpretations for entertainment and self-understanding. It is NOT medical, psychological, diagnostic, divinatory, fortune-telling, or fate-prediction advice, and must not be relied upon as such.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Dream Gently. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement.
4. Your account and content
You are responsible for activity under your account. You retain ownership of the dream content you write. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you (including sending dream text to our AI provider to generate an interpretation).
5. AI-generated content
Interpretations are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent. They are suggestions for reflection, not facts or advice. Use your own judgement.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Dream Gently to harass others, to break the law, to scrape or bulk-extract content for training models or building a competing service, or to attempt to bypass safety, rate-limit, or compliance controls.
7. Safety & crisis
Dream Gently is not a crisis or emergency service. If you may be in danger or in crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately. See our Disclaimer for more.
8. Subscriptions
Paid plans may be offered in the future. Where we currently show pricing, no charge is made until paid plans are formally launched with separate payment terms. Any future billing terms will be presented clearly before purchase.
9. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Governing law, changes & contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, subject to mandatory local consumer protections in your jurisdiction. We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance. Contact: privacy@dreamgently.com.
